Celebrate with Dewitt Jones
Dewitt’s vigor and enthusiasm for life is a direct result of the thought’s he has chosen, the way he frames what he sees. This is a key to expansive freedom.

A 2010 Challenge: watch this video 5 times. When you have watched it 5 times and taken notes at least 2 of those times, then sit down with your written goals and revise them. If you have not made written goals for 2010 I invite you to create a vision board. This new frame of reference will inspire you.
Once you have your goals rewritten or your vision board accomplished, watch the video once more to set your passion. At least once per quarter watch the video again then review your goals or vision board to monitor your progress and make appropriate revisions.
You can make declarations and keep us up-to-date with progress through the Comments section below.

Our thoughts, feelings and intentions really do count, they do impact ourselves, others and the world itself.  I all begins with the heart. When the heart is in coherence and that coherence is consistent, it synchronizes the body and the brain to dance in harmony with that heart coherent rhythm.
